The standard edition of RedBeam Inventory Tracking is a
complete item database with the ability to use cabled barcode scanners attached to PC workstations. Receive, move, issue and adjust
inventory on the PC by scanning items with a cabled barcode scanner or by entering data manually. Print count sheets and take
periodic physical inventories. Print inventory, reorder, out-of-stock, overstock and transaction reports.
Barcode
Barcode each of your inventory items. All RedBeam software packages
come with a pack of blank barcode labels that can be printed on your standard laser printer. You can also print a bar coded item
catalog from the system.
Scan
Use a barcode scanner to receive, move, issue or adjust inventory
items. Enter a reference number for transactions if desired. Periodically take a physical inventory to keep inventory quantities up to date.
Track
Print detailed item reports showing current quantities and locations,
reorder amounts, out-of-stock and overstocked items. Generate useful inventory reports and print or export to Microsoft® Excel.
RedBeam Inventory Tracking supports Windows XP, Server 2003 and Vista.
