Effective January 1, 2004, American Microsystems will no longer provide repair services for the M3000 portable data terminal. The only exception will be refurbished terminals that are still under warranty. The M3000 was replaced by the M5000. For additional information on the M5000, click here.

Effective January 1, 2004, American Microsystems will no longer provide repair services for input devices that are not manufactured by American Microsystems. Please contact the original manufacturer or an applicable authorized repair facility for service and/or repair.
